When we give you a quote, that's the price. No last-minute add-ons, no "oh, we found this other problem" surprises. We've been doing this long enough to give accurate estimates the first time. If something unexpected does come up during installation (which is rare), we'll talk to you about it before doing any additional work.
The windows themselves come with the manufacturer's warranty (usually lifetime on the glass and frame, 10 years on mechanical parts). But here's what most people don't realize: improper installation can void that warranty. Our installation is done right the first time, and we warranty our work too. If something goes wrong with how we installed it, we'll come back and fix it.
